__ divvy, a sharing plates restaurant & bar from the owners of Woodys Library Restaurant offers a unique dining atmosphere for guests 21 & over.  divvy’s menu features contemporary American small plates focusing on a dining experience to be shared.

The concept allows patrons to experience and share a variety of items by ordering multiple plates. The menu has items in the range of $5-$14 and accommodates a variety of dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free as well as traditional entrees.
According to owner Kevin “Woody” Rider, “The name ‘divvy’ was chosen because of the phrase ‘divvy it up.’  We want our guests to enjoy the social atmosphere and the camaraderie of sharing the dining experience with their friends.”

Co-owner and Chef Richelle Rider explains, “I want people with special dietary needs to be able to enjoy dining out and not feel limited. Dining out is something that is needed in life…it is a form of entertainment. I want everyone to enjoy themselves.” Richelle is degreed in nutrition and dietetics and has been named one of “Indy’s Top 10 Chefs.”

All in all, one can expect the unexpected at divvy. “We want divvy to have a dining experience that you won’t find elsewhere,” said Kevin “Woody” Rider. While visitors to divvy may be dining there before or after a performance at the Palladium, the whole shared experience at divvy is intended to be a special event in itself. Patrons can enjoy enchanting views of the Palladium while gathering with friends—staying true to its tagline of “sip, share, savor.”
